anyone tell me how to create team ps splash 18,
i like the shiny balls, so nice

they're metaballs - created with a 3d program. either in 3ds max(theres a gold lake material in 3DS Max that could be what was on those metaballs) or Bryce(could be a generated landscape reflection).
Not photoshop though.

knowing cybling, the one who did that, its prolly cinema 4d, i know he likes that program alot, but yeah their meta balls, i think ;)....ask cybling (http://www.cyblingdesign.com i think )
