photoshop plugin

Is there a plugin to outline an image to look like a coloring book? If that made sence.....or made an action?

well, you can try one of the filter effects in phtoshp.
Filter > Stylize > Find Edges.
hey! you just have to remove the background first before applying the effect. After rendering the effects then go to
Image > Adjustments > Desaturate
this is to removed some of the colors left.
