Making a picture with '1' and '0'

Does anyone know of a filter or effect that lets you take an image and cover it with a bunch of '1's and '0's? Below are two examples.

I searched AdobeExchange under the words 'zero', 'one', 'numbers', 'matrix', and '1+ 0' but was unable to find anything. Any other ideas?

There is a freeware program called the ASCII Art Generator that generates the image you choose into special characters like 1's, 0's, stars and stuff like that. I will put a download for it on my website and give u the link when i do just so u can test it out and see if u like the results of it.

There is the link. You need WinZip, WinRAR or any other unzipping utility that unzips the .zip files. Oh, it's the very last download on the page that says No Image next to it!

I made the pictures for the fonts but I didn't actually make the fonts. I downloaded them from various websites.
