Hi...was wondering wat options u guyz used when saving yur work into .gif...cos mi can't seem to get the size of the image down to, lets say 10b, n still maintain the quality of the image. BTW...mi using Photoshop 6.01...thanx!!! ![]() |

That depends on the pixel dimensions of the image. If you are talking about a signature size image, then it is very possible to get it down to that size. With .GIFs, the fewer colors you use, the smaller the file size will be. It's good for text, and simple color patterns. JPEGs should be used for photographs and more complex images. Then just balance the compression rate with visual quality until you find something that looks good.
