Hi!

How can I do "Attach to path" [ - the same as in FreeHand...]?

[I have 10 circles in different layers... & I want them to be arranged in a certain path.]

Hi

As far as i know there is no such of thing.i hope psp 8 will cover it. you can use the warp text dialog box and play with the parameters.

Do it in freehand, covert the text to paths, save as eps, raster very large in photoshop and manipulate from there.
