Hi,

I'm quite new over here, so I don't know if I can post this... Or if this is the right place for it.

How can you create this cool text effect?

create one text layer for each layer.
Make the text black
Stroke the layer 1 px w/ white
Outer Glow 3 px
Rotate and scale each letter untill you get the desired effect.

You also have to find a specific font for it, and the background is about 75% Gray.
