Text Liquid Metal Effect in PS 5.5?

Hello everyone - I am new to this site. I have been driving myself crazy trying to figure out how to design the "Liquid Metal" text. There is a tutorial for 6.0 on this site but I have not upgraded yet. Does anyone have instructions for doing this in PS 5.5? Or know of a tutorial out there?

Hey, I'm not exactly sure what you meant by liquid metal, but I think I may have found 2 tutorials and atleast one of them has to be close to what you were wondering about.

Thanks Danforth! The chrome text is exactly what I was looking for. I was able to design something similar but could never quite get the reflections right.
