How do I add the fonts i downloaded??

I can't find my font folder......how can I add this...and also, does anyone know where I can find this font http://user.fundy.net/morris/redirect.html?photoshop6.shtmlI tried his sites by typing in digital under the font search and so far no luck. thanx

When you download them, unzip them. Extract to desktop. Copy item. Go to my computer, control panel, fonts, and paste it in there.
Ne one know why I can't get an avatar?
