Importing actions into Photoshop

This question probably been asked a couple of times before, but please explain the correct method to import actions such as teamphotoshop's actions into Adobe Photoshop.

it's all in the secret little arrow in the upper right corner of the actions palette.

click it.

click load actions.

find your atn files.

click ok.

enjoy.
