I just replied to that thread. Tell me if I was too much of a prick.

I don't mean to come off that way but he is posting looking for quick answers and not wanting to get his hands dirty. I just want him to learn some of this by doing a little of the work himself...

i don't think you were too hard on him. he's been flooding the client side code area too. and he never posts his actual code, so it's nearly impossible to help him. i've asked him several times to post code, or learn himself, and he just keeps posting. so i don't think you were being too harsh. But yeah, you are still a prick.

Well if he gets out of hand there is always the user option to moderate posts before they are posted...

He emails me twice a day :(. I offered to help once, then i receive his .fla's and now i keep telling him to buy books etc..

That's what's irritating with newbies.. They keep pestering the sh*t out of you most of the time. I just went inside the Flash section to see what's going on.. And that was a whole lot of posts by him.

I see a new tag line coming for Teamps!
