Pank wasn't kidding. Failure to comply with a resonable request when it doesn't go against a moral standard is grounds for dismissal. And I think everyone here would agree there's nothing wrong with posting nudies of a hot date for your friends to ogle over!!!

Gets even better when you hear the rest of the story!

The 'failure to comply' was based on a non-compliance with how he insists we fill in the SUBJECT for work related emails.

Funny part is, I really like the guy--he's great about most things, just don't put a sloppy subject on an email....
