Free & Paying Work Sections

I dont know how to do it... so I was wondering if someone would change the discription of the Free Work and Paying Work sections so that they say something about these sections are not here to promote yourself, but for others to ask for something done.

I could be wrong, but I thought that was the purpose of those sections... If its not someone please let me know so I dont make people mad by closing their threads and telling them that its not a place to promote yourself. :P
