Feedback on a couple of sites

Just wanting to get some feedback on a couple of my sites thanks..

This is my portfolio site that I give to employers, etc coz' I'm trying to find a job.

This is just ya standard crappy personal home page type thing.

First one is ok, but why not make thumbnails of the images you show? The download is too slow as it is now.....

Second one is nice. The layout is nothing extraordinaire, but nice. One thing I don't like though is the background color on the site. Why not match the top banner colors more?

Thanks again. Yeah colours are something I always have to muck around with a lot to get right. But I'll prolly just keep the gray

The first Site...
yeah the sites good, but i would do like nanne said and make then thumbnails so that hey are not scattered all over the place (size of images). The site takes for ever to load because of all of the images, so i would really make some thumbnails... but the design is good and the art work is good... nice work...

The second Site...
I think the colors are good other then your name.. its just out of place.. the navigation is good, original, simple, easy to navigate... its a simple design, easy for people to work with so overall i think its pretty good....

1st:
Look good, but there are to much empty space to the right IMO. Maybe devide the window in 2 and make the empty space in a diffrent color to make the site look more compact.

2nd:
Looks good to. Not to found of the grey background color. And i think the logo would look better if it wasnt so many colors in it.
