As a start, you need a better banner. The one you have now doesnt even match your background. Make it larger, with Kems Design being bigger. It really looks out of place just having a small white block image on a blue background. See if you can get that fixed up and repost it and I'll comment more :D

hmm flash doesn't fit, crap on the bottom doesn't really need to be there. nothing is really working so we can't comment on that.

lol, tbh i dont like the colors or font, looks like you have a need for a site tho, which is a start....
