Nopers. Plain old photoshop 5.5. Can't afford pricey add ons.

Didn't use a tutorial either. Just sat down and started playing with difference clouds.

I'll type up what I did in a sec.

A really fast jotting down of what I did. Fairly simple though. Just took some difference clouds through a load of filters to see what I could get.
