i like the idea you have, reminds me of films when they look at the latest disease through a microscope..
i'm not sure though, something seems, missing...
maybe some different colours? or a theme, the scanning text - 3d objects & photo background dont really mix..
looks very nice though :D

1. the banner doesn't fit in with the background
2. make the margins 0 so that there isn't that black space around the background.

That's a mighty large splash page you've got there! 56K users are likely to exit before they can even see where the enter button is. Even on cable it seems slow. But the concept, layout and colors are good, especially for a beginner. Maybe try to find a balance between *looks good* and *loads fast*! Especially on that splash page where you are making the first impression.

not bad for a first site. as mo0chan said, u might wanna fix the black space. either feather off ur graphic or fix the margins or something. pretty good though. oh and if u wanna fix the file size of ur pics use save for web in ps and set it to like 44 percent. that way the pic will be like 30k.

it nice...i am not denying that...but those navigation that you used looked so much like the tutorials on spoono for cinema4d xl

Lighten it up a little, your banner and background are way too dark. Also, add content in the left, maybe some iframes, just text.
