Pls take a look at the sketch of a hand and my the head of my friends dog. Any comments or suggestion? Thanks in advance. |

Hmm...I find those scary. Just because theres a big frikin hand there. The hand looks good except the pinky looks too small. Overall nice work, pretty soon I will have some of my handrawns posted here.

The sketch of the hand is really cool. I can't see anything wrong with the pinky. Cool

They're both pretty good, but you have to look at your object better. The hand is best of the two but something doesn't feel right when I look at it. Mayby it's the weird position. The dog, well you drew his ear on his cheak and that's not right. Left eye doesn't look to good either. But overall, especially the nose and the fur it's pretty good. |

Definitely shows some promise, but could use some more work too. I'd check out some books by a guy named George Bridgeman, he does some amazing life drawing books and I think they'd be a good reference for you on things like the hand. Keep it up, we all need to be drawing more (at least I do). Chris |

i don't understand how this effect was produced. my parents have told me about things called pencils and paper but i didn't think they still existed! |
