I origionally was trying to make something like this for a cd cover for b-sides (weezer) i guess it just snowballed, because here we are. Anyways, what do you think? no tutorials used :D oh yeah, here ya go (53k) thanks |

Looks good to me, although the Weezer blends in with the color of the record too much, and it's almost impossible to read if your brightness is set a little low. Yay Weezer! |

Hey Wallus, I know you're young....sooooo....here is some "vinyl" statistics.LOL. An album has about half an inch of vinyl with no grooves between the label and the music, you also have about 1/4 inch of grooveless vinyl around the perimeter and 1/8 inch space between songs. There is also an indention surrounding the hole that's made when the album is pressed. I think if your highlights had a bit more sheen it would greatly improve. This is coming from a guy with a Thoren's Reference turntable and about 1500 albums! Don't get me wrong though....it's an impressive image. Good work! Later, Justin |
