Critique My Sig Please

Here it is in stage 3 of design looking for some more critiques

Try putting the Razor text behind the scan lines.. and maybe move it down to the bottom right.

You've got it lined up using the rule of thirds?

It in that position because when i did the clouds there was a black area and i liked it. So i put RAZOR there. And the readon its higer up then center is because when I saved it I choped off the tips of the "wind" filter so if i moved it down it's look stuby.
