Well i see a few things that i would change... first either get rid of the banner... or build on it... your site needs something to tie everything together... and the rollovers on the navigation need to be changed to something readable.... other then that its ok...

Still kinda empty..

I think you should make the left and right tables of the same width...

1. The sides of the site gets cut off on a 800x600. Either get rid of the space in between from the sides and the middle box.
2. The font in the boxes could be smaller.
3. Banner. Either make it as wide as the rest of the site or make the boxes on the bottom conform to the width of the banner. It looks abit awkward.
4. Maybe a bit too plain, try making some sort of eye candy.

i still think it needs something to tie it all together... everything is just floating there... maybe add some chains or wires or something in between the sections to make them look more linked...
