R.A.D.A.R - Layout

This is somethiNG I'm working on...the layout, or template is far from done...please don't say it hurts your eyes.....I alrdy know and I'm working on it.

Well, it's green, that's for sure. Would perhaps do something a li'l less bright...

ummm its green and it hurts my eyes ;) but seriously, it maybe might look better with a left border too, it looks kinda just cut off and empty there

looks like you're trying to create effects you've seen without putting much effort into them
ie- the matrix-esque text in the background, try that in a font like helvetica or arial, and really small :E
also if you've used green because you want that l.e.d glowing effect, please find a tutorial that makes it glow :]

not slamming you, just look into text effects etc more

just kidding, anywho it is look nice, I just dont like the green color.
