it´s ok. I would align the content-box with the header-area. And it´s maybe a bit empty... But it´s quite functional IMO, and is easy to use.

It's nice, I really dont think it's too empty though it could use a little jazz. Maybe a small gradient on the left and/or right of the content page. And aligning the header with the content would make everything look a lot better. Although I'm not really a frames guy, nice site overall.
