There ya go! To the site! I really dig the Flash at the top. That's great, the depth of the field is fantastic. I'll put an * next my take on the overall site only because I'm biased towards that BG Color becuase that could be my least favorite color.. I'm also not big on the font selection, when I read text I prefer a sans-serif font. But for me the Flash makes up for what I don't like..

Sorry for the color: that's clients company colors, they were even worse! , same goes with the font

the colors are fine
but the top flash is kinda ending rapidly
maybe some kind of fading into blue or extending it....?

There is far to much text in the first page... 1 thing to avoid id this... Focus more in one shorth paragaphe... who will make the visitor go depper in you site...

Alos you justified text is really messed up...
