oh yea spelling has to be corrected

and well thats not really a layout yet we need to see where ur navigation is (whole navigation)
and maybe where content goes and stuff like thatt

navigation is a drop down form
with some js
right after "navigation"
and
contect prolly something
..

becuase his host is cheaper than cheap
jpgs wont open coreectly
so he has to make them a txt file than it will show the img
