I am working on making the M&Ms and bags better. I also wonder how close to a copyright violation this is. I don't think that the design is but using the text M&Ms may be. It wasn't my choice on themes. I may be able to convince them if it is too close.

If you have ideas on how to make the M&Ms and bag better tell me.

The actual candies look fine but i would add something to the bag to make it not look like a regular filled rectangle. Add lighting or a crinkle effect.

I've updated it with a little more texture on it. I haven't quite found a way to create a good crinqle effect. If anyone has an idea on how to do it, tell me.

umm... I would say thats very close to copyright infringement.... :O and, no offense, its kinda lame, go make an original design..

though it sounds as if its not your choice so.. :(

I had no choice on the M&Ms theme. They basicly told me that I had to do it. I couldn't change it. I wanted to change it, though.

the pic is good though yeah i think that would be border line.

Hmmm I'm not sure If I like it actually. The bag dosn't look that good and the rest is just ok. It dosn't come out and hit you.

Well..... It looks like the me he made the bag and the M&M looking candies, so what aint original about that?

I think you can refer to the idea of chocolate candies, just not a brand name. Like those cheap take-offs of Cheerio's®* that the grocery store sells.
