You might want to change the background on the news and shoutbox. It makes the text unreadable. A lighter color or plain background should do.

The layout does look like Qtone's. Especially the footer.

Yeah, i figured I'd gone and done that [ the qtone thing. ] I'll modify it, as well as try to lighten up those areas so the text is more prevaillant.
