The layouts looks ok, but it reminds me of mediatemple.
Those circled shape images, are Adobe's style too.

You might wanna try being more creative on the design.

yeah. I'm also not too sure how happy Microsoft would be about those 2 icons you have there.

1 is the home button for Internet Explorer on Windows Xp
2 is the email icon in internet explorer on Windows Xp


Other issues.

1 Your text at the very top is jaggy.
2 The site looks way too much like steeldolphine

yeah i agree...the layout is good and alll but not very origianl...

Maybe make your own icons, fix the logo at the top and maybe origanize your layout and you should be ok....

Where it says HOME in the orange font, you should change the font or the spacing between the letters, at first glance, it looks like it says HOTTIE

it looks like HOITIE.......

Draws my attention to the MediaTemple website.....Got that one as a "template"?
Maybe some more original icons as the previous posters discussed....
