Layout: Good, but will you have the content-area to stretch ..or?

Colors: Nice. Love the little orange input there..

HTML: ??...looks clean to me..

i think the site is a bit empty...
and i think it will look cool if you use the orange that is under your logo somewhere else too.

And as Amenranozira said, you should change your text-font.
Sans serif fonts (such as verdana and tahoma) will look much better if you have as little content as that.

theres a couple of spots where your content area doesnt line up

edit: i figured it out.
get on 1280x1024 and maximize the browser.
look at the page.
then stretch the page smaller and you will see how it all comes into place.

the problem is that you used 100% tables but when the tables stretch, the images dont, so you just have solid colors.

try it, you'll see what i mean
