Yes, it hurts my eyes as well. The trick is to keep concentrating... 'cause if you look at that stupid worm long enough, it hypnotizes you and you start crashing into things!

Matt - If you played it on your PC, it has already been downloaded. Just search for JavaCave, and it should be in a temp folder or something. I was thinking to myself that it would be a good game for a handheld....great minds think alike i guess ;)
