the ultrashock intro was made in swift 3d and adobe aftereffects then combined in flash!

sorry if this is not appropriate in this thread, but i am wondering how i should go about learning.. if i would like to do up such a flash site.. something like sybersnake..

i tried using flash 5 but mabbe wat i did was a bit too elementary.. how to u go about constructing a site using flash? any useful tuts or guide on how to do this?
