new layout (like you haven't heard that before)

OK, here's the deal: My friend and I started this site, and i'm doing the design part of it.

My friends opinion is that people will think that i made a mistake in the programming, because the bottom drop-down menu is covering the text (IDIOTECH)

I, on the other hand, think that it makes the image look chaotic and out of place, which is what i was going for.

There are other ways to make it look chaotic.
