it looks great, kindof a "microsoft got nuked" look. there was one problem i noticed, and that is that the mouseovers are a little slow on the links, maybe the images arent preloaded or something, i dont know, it just seemed longer than usual.

Yeah, there are monthly fees, the prices are great though. I use a very very good host. I'm just a reseller.

The biggest complaint I'm getting is that my menu is slow. I think I'm going to redesign that menu today and use Flash to create it. I'm by far not a Flash wiz but I'll see what I can come up with.

It does appear that you are missing a preload script though. That's why the mouseovers are slow. Pretty easily done.

One other thing is the blank space at the top of the page. I'm not sure what can be done about that, and still keep the liquid design.

one other thing, when I mouse over the email address in the upper right corner, the box expands a little. May want to do something about that.

I made it with flash. My only concern is it seems you have to be right on the text to select it. Is there any way to fix that? I'm pretty new with flash.

yes, when making the button, there are up/down/over/hit states

the hit state is the active area, i.e. if you only have text in there you have to be right on it to select it. you can overcome this by drawing a box over the text and voila..
