It's a good start. I just don't like orange, though. and it's a little plain.

I have two questions:

1) how did you get your text so nice?
2) how do you plan on having a scrollbar in that little box?

sorry these don't relate to feedback on your design. I think it's kind of unbalanced.

If you're referring to the text box on the left, it's css. The boxes can be done with iframes, or as I have done here, use dhtml to creat a box with overflow.

looks good tiny, i like it. I think it would look a little less plain if you made the navigation in another box or something. just a thought.
