saw this over at were-here. http://www.boobytrap.org/eva/ Great animations. Just imagine how much time this took to optimize this for flash... |

crap I knew I shouldn't stop watching it.. Clearly taken from a video and then edited, try that once, made a 10 sec video of a dog on a skateboard but I lost it when my dad reformatted (he doesn't take backups from the flash directory) I didn't load as good as that though, the black spots jumped somethimes to weird places.. It's very time consuming when you don't have video editing tools. They usually have an option to save every frame to a jpg file or so. I had to take a screenshot of every frame with the shareware tool I had (no save every frame as.. option). Then I put it into PS adjusted treshold values, selected the shadow areas with the pen tool, filled with black, repeated for every frame (that's 150 frames, i reduced framerate from 30 fps to 15 fps). Then loaded flash and put all of them behind eachother. |
