Sorry i can't provide you with any critisim on how to make it better ( no that you coudl make anything better cause it is already good) because i am not good enough and don't have enough knowledge to provide valid answers but i can compliment you.

the colors you've picked (greens, browns, golds) are great! its nice to see something that has not been hue/saturation adjusted to death!

on a side note, i posted a suggestion for a design contest this site should have. but i guess there wasn't much interest.
