*bump*...the hell? Did DPQ just bump a post? Hell yes i just did. Since this post is already here i'm not going to bother posting it again. And this specific post is well over a year old.

They have some really nice tuts for manipulation to check out.

Not a clue. I just browse there about twice a month to view all the ended photopost contests. Some quality stuff.

Alot of sites have photoshop contests. www.fark.com has some really funny ones as well. Worth1000 however lets you win 'points' if your good and those points can be redeemed for prizes. I see some really high-quality works over there because of that. Sometimes they host design contests that an actual companies users and the prize is money.
