ive done this metal interface. i was going for a dirty metal look. please critique:

Not much of an interface since there's really no interface there... but anyway... it looks like you're looking through a screen door. I don't understand what the little checker pattern is supposed to be.

Looks like that tutorial for making "a meshed speaker grate" or whatever it was called.... I don't remember.

I'm with deker... It reminds me of a screen door...or the shelve bottoms in the closet of the old RV we use to have.

the checker pattern is just the metal texture i used. i thought it was realistic looking. if anyone can point me to another place with good metal textures, please do. i think ill change it.

Make your own. Its way better..

Experiment whit brush, diffrent layer settings, and add noise and movent...
