I would agree with *NL* to add in a bit more white. This could bring out more contrast in the website. Nice work though. |

nice but very empty. you are not designing with any content in mind. it is a mistake to get this far without considering what will go in the column on the side and the main content space next to it. it looks nice as it is but i have a feeling once you dump your blog journal in there and webcam photos of your empty desk at 3am it will look like every other site out there. i would say it looks sorta professional. but it looks like a lot of other sites out there. i think the best route to go is 'different' not 'professional'. seems like when people are designing a web-design site, they feel the need to make it 'professional'. all to often the result is really not very impressive. the best design sites i have seen are 'different' not necessarily 'professional'. Hear ye, hear ye: From now on, all designers will stop calling sites 'professional'. There is no such thing. |

Looks very good. It doesn't look prof. as in prof. for a company-site (for me at least), but I don't think that's the meaning. The designer arena logo looks cool. Perhaps a change of font for the menu items ... but you can't judge everything on an image only ... I think the site will even look better when there's content inserted ... afterall contents make the design and the overal look and feel of your site too. Now I'm gonna celebrate Christmas eve. Merry Christmas everybody . |

Wow.. Now its getting interesting Well I change the colors cause after sometime, I hated it There's not rush to this site and its not really my own personal site. I share it with a friend. Charm, thanks for that explaination, which makes me wanna throw this design away. I hate when that happens. That BounceOut game made me puke this design out. I can't seem to get something very different because almost every style has been used. Well my friend agreed to use this one, so I guess it'll stay Here's the update ... http://www.zoneinfinite.com/dav2.gif And I'll spread the word, NEVER USE THE WORD "PROFESSIONAL"!! :D |

I think the top needs something too. How about shifting the entire design up more? That way there is less room, and you might not need to do anthing. Basically, make it so the solid light green is flushed with the edge of the image.

I'm keeping the first version's colors with some parts of 2nd's Andrew, I'll move the top part higher up. Thanks all, and Merry Christmas |
