I create a blue bg then i put a new layer above it and color it with black then i airbrush randomly with white then i use motion blur 85 degrees and change the layer to dodge.

well that really depends on the perception of the user looking at it. I would say surreal.

I do think its some really good work though

i agree with tornupinside....

does it look real? NO.

do i like it? YES.

the bubbles could be toned down a bit.
