Would any one like to give their opinions about a layout that I made?

Your interface is very simple and I like that. The only real suggestion that I have is to blend the background color of the graphic with the page background. The line between the two is very obvious.

Take it, or leave it. It's up to you.

Do you mean the ball and the background?

Not trying to be a smart ass but why would you want a graphic on your webpage that resembles an ashtray? I think the colors are fine, but that round graphic needs to be fixed or added to somehow.

The blue color that you use for the background color isn't the exact same as the blue background for the page. It's lighter.

I like the round design....maybe sharpen it up a little bit, but I think it's fine how it is.

It looks that way if you're not using 32 bit color.

this is the challenge of web design. don't tell the user that they have the wrong settings. design your site to work on low end systems as well as high end systems.

i don't see anything in this site that should cause it to not work in netscape. you should figure out the problem and fix it. don't warn the user! you are trying to sell them a service, not scare them away!

the colors are not very interesting. nothing we haven't seen before.
