I think it's pretty good. I like the headphone plug, I think it looks very realistic. And where are you going to put the content? Also, what is the box above the links?

I see a few math/placement errors where there are little gaps between your slices. go back in Dreamweaver and fix those ;) Overall, I think you have done really really good on it. |

Modify/Layout mode/convert tables to layers then select the "layer"(s) that need moved and use the arrow keys to nudge them into place. you might need to make sure the "dont overlap" is checked so you can move em right up to it without overlapping |
