It will be slow because it's hosted here in Zimbabwe and we are in the dark ages. Eventually it will be hosted in the UK which will take care of the sloooooow speeds, (I haven't got many finger nails left)

It's cool and clean - I like it. My comments: Watch your spacing/padding. It seems like you could balance your box dimensions a bit. The large photo is a nice touch (did you take it yourself?) but I wouldn't use scan lines as the effect . Also, the photo takes up a lot of real estate, but doesn't tell me much about the site. Just something to think about. Break up the body of text on the left. Big blobs of text are seldom read online. Be cautious in your use of the drop shadow on the logo. Drop shadows are used to give a sense of light and depth to a page but you don't need a source of light with your design - it relies on a rigid grid - each which can have it's own light source. Work on the layout of the login box, it needs to be a little tighter to snap the users eye to it. The juxtaposed placement of the big and little logo is a good attempt at moving the viewer eye across the design, but I think you need more to move the eye across the large expanse that is that photo. Watch you menu, it can get lost in all that’s happening in the orange bar. I would move the tagline e-business solutions out of the gray bar and more into the top gray bar. You'll have to work to get it to work together, but I think it's important to make it more prominent. Still, good job! |
