its good work. But IMO, scanlines and gridlines are over used. They can be effective in some instances, but seeing them on every other site kinda dampens their effect. But, as a technique, it works well enough.

Yea that has it's reasons. I used to hang around on the graphicsforum of a site named mrfixitonline.com These guys have huge sigs, and seriously overuse lensflares (yuck). So using scanlines and gridlines was actuallly very cool |

*note* any use of lenflare is overuse Adobe should have a way to uninstall it, since I never user it. |

I use the lens flare with blurring, it makes a descent color effect sometimes

guess i should say that most of the time i see lens flare, it is inproperly used and makes thing ugly. If you found a use for it, great.

Can u imagine a high res wallpaper wit nothing but lensflares and the text MrRiddlebow is back??? And then beneath the wall (they actually post wallpapers in the forum itself) How's this?? |
