Well I think that it's ok. Not really any graphic work from you though. Just a picture and a font. But the overall effect is pretty well done.

What about that name though? What about Valve Software? I think they might send a head-crab over to kill you.

If you want to make an impression, try not using run-on sentences. ;)

As far as design, I think it looks nice, a little gross to look at though. I mean, what do valves have to do with graphic design? Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't really understand the reason for the name change.

I like the text effect you used for Valve. Looks nice.
