Can you please tell me what you think

How do you guys like the color combination? How do you like the navigation? I'm not a professional webdesigner so I'm just kind of looking for some help.

Navigation is good, colors not that good.
I had hard time reading the text. I use a laptop
and could be the reasin I see the colors little diffrent.
Try make the base text color lighter? And red/brown is a bad combination. was reffering to Update under news. And I'm no fan of italic on webpages

Yeah I agree with all of you about the colors. Actually I went ahead and redesigned the sight so I hope you guys like this one better. By the way thanks for being honest.

Ok, here goes-

1.) The main menu is quite small. I'd suggest making that considerably lager.

2.) Lose the italics everywhere. (my opinion)

Those are the two main points for me.
Other than that- color scheme is ok, hard to go wrong with grey. One way to learn what colors work together is to pay attention when you surf the web. Next time you're surfing, pay attention to what sites look good, and what colors they use. Just keep trying. Not bad.

the navigation is way to small, i can't see it, i'm at 1024x768

i agree with everyone, your color combination for the navigation is aweful, try to something about it, other than that, you page seem pretty normal

Honestly, I'd be tempted to call the navigation unusable. I can't think of a good reason it'd be off to one side and that small...

Yeah I agree I need to make the navigation bigger. I don't understand why it's a problem for it to be in one corner. Mean if you don't like it that's one thing but why would it be a problem? It stays in one place and it goes from page to page, I then have navigation on the bottom of the page, what makes it a problem?

ok, what chris is trying to say is that, you have a lot of space up there to use and only use about 150 pixels and its on one side,

its already small, but why put it in that position?? also, it doesn't fit up there..
