That site looks pretty good. My only complaint is with the dhtml popup. Try making the x and - images in white on the top bar so people know where the drag, close, minimize functions are.

I think you should not add any Flash.

I also think you should not use the dHTML pop-up chromeless windows. Those are the most annoying inventions since the blink tag. Especially to have a new one popup every time you click on a link...
