I think it's great.

looks nice.... but everything is a bit big.... I might be worth reducing the size of the banner and menu... this will make it look more professional and free up some room for the content area.

The circle on the top left is too sharp...you can see the pixels of the circle what can't be the meaning to see by the normal size...

maybe blur it a bit so it looks more pretty

the rest looks very nice
