New layouts

Hi all...
i'm designing new layouts for my site...

considering two..

opinions??

I like the second better. Though I think you should have the titles of each little content window on the top instead of the bottom. Also the text is unreadable. Needs to be a darker color. Or maybe that's just temporary. Your scrolling menus are confusing. The down one should be on the bottom, and the top on the top. It's very confusing for them to be backwards.

Why did you use Flash for that little menu on the first one? Seems completely unnecessary to me. You could get the same effect with a rollover, and not have to worry about Flash. Also since the words slowly fly in, you have to hold the mouse there a really long time before it becomes visible. It's also too dark/small to read the description anyway.

Oh yeah, love that picture of the mixing board...

I love your 2nd one, but your toally abusing the usage of the rounded edge tools on the photoshop. I suggest you try to draw new body shapes and get rid of the transparency stuff, its not effective if you want to squeeze content on a site.

Content is important.

btw.. not to offend anyone... after reading other post.. i just realised that a lot of people now are useing that scrolling page thingy... didn't know its a trend...

i agree... u used that round edge too much.

also on the second one...unless your target audience is
a group of blind chimps that have lost their opposible thumbs,
then I don't think you need to label the arrows up and down.

other then that, just work on it a bit more
and i don't know why you need an "intro"
section...oh well...
