Everthing is every where! You need to put it all together in one spot. The naviagtion is at the bottom and thats is the most important theing so put it under the logo or on the side. Otherwise I like the image at the top

Well I think that it is a great first site.. That is a lot better than a lot of ppls first time. But I do agree with it having to be more in one place (Navigation) But either than that have fun with it.

Try put the contents all in one table with a width of maybe 760 pixels (So all with 800x600 and up can see it as it should be). That should improve it a great deal with little work.

Like this:
