The hanging man looks to be hanging on the "near side of the railing not back in the room.
tell ya what I would do.....
zoom in and get out a paint brush and give the rails some highlights over the legs of the dude.

even just a tiny hint of something to give the appearance that the rails dont stop at his legs will sell the image a bit I think.

OH yeah, and good work on the hanging dude.

bubba, you don't see the hanged man? it's in the window of the building, right above those blue lights.

About the guy, i think i might have made his head to big or his legs to small.

btw how do you call the thing where the red stuff (i wouldn't call it water) comes out?It may seem strage but i forgot the actual word.
